What’s included in your Tuition…
Along with your online and/or in-person classes, you’ll also receive your own Music Together Family Songbook, CD and Download Code, enabling you to download all the songs from the Collections to your devices so you can continue to sing and dance outside of our virtual or in-person classroom!
These Family Materials will be given out on the first day of in-person classes or mailed to your home upon registration for the start of our online classes!
WINTER STUDIO POLICIES:
Now that vaccinations are available for nearly all age groups, we encourage all adults and children, whenever possible, to stay up-to-date on any available/necessary Covid vaccinations. **Masks are always welcomed and encouraged for any families and their safety needs. We reserved the right to amend our Mask Policy as needed. If transmission levels of Covid become "High" in Snohomish and neighboring King County, we may opt to require masks in classes if the local health departments or governments advise it or mandate it. Please be prepared for that possibility.
No refunds after completion of registration and payment for classes. Registration for In-person classes is non-refundable following the start of classes. A future class credit may be negotiable with permission of the Director.
Families who’ve had to miss a class will be given the opportunity to attend a make-up class via our Make-up scheduler or sent a recording of an online class. These make-up classes have limited availability and are not guaranteed. No refunds or credits will be given for missed classes. Make up classes may not be carried into other Sessions. If a class is canceled due to Inclement Weather, class will be held online at the designated class time and a in-person Make-up class MAY be provided if there is teacher and studio space availability. This is also not guaranteed.
Family Materials will be given out on the first day of class for In-person Indoor Registrations. Once Family Materials have been distributed/opened, a return of the $45 for the cost of the materials is not available.
In the case of an indoor class needing to quarantine or no longer meet in person due to the Covid-19 pandemic, I will be given an online class option for any weeks that cannot meet indoors in-person, and that no refunds or credits will be given. In the case of inclement weather (snow days), classes will be given Online at the designated In-person class time.
Once registered for a Session, payment must be made online. Registration will NOT be considered complete unless payment is made upon Registration for class. Payment Plans must be approved by the Center Director and an agreement must be confirmed in writing. If payment hasn't been made by the first day of attendance, registration will be terminated and class materials will not be distributed.
We realize that it is very temping to want to document all the fun and musical growth your child may have in every class, but we respectfully ask that you put away your phone and/or camera during class time. There will be an opportunity for a "photo" day during the last class of each 9 week Session for plenty of pictures!
Confirmations will be sent by email.
In the event of natural disaster or community crisis requiring the closure of our studio, we will make every attempt to offer make up classes, but will not refund classes that are canceled for reasons beyond our control.
